coreAI Terms of Use

Introduction

These are terms that apply to the use of coreAI. You are referred to as Customer in these Terms.

Supplier and manufacturer of CoreAI are:

About coreAI

coreAI is a product (software) that provides visitors to the Customer's web solution with answers to questions they ask in coreAI. coreAI reads and stores data from sources that Customer loads or asks coreAI to read and store.
coreAI makes use of third-party services from AI service providers. Data entered is stored in the cloud at Amazon (AWS). Customers get access to a management application where they can view prices, define data sources, and keep track of consumption and the size of their database.

Pricing and invoicing

The prices for coreAI depend on the size of the database and the amount of consumption of AI services used by the Customer.
coreAI comes in different software packages with access to defined properties, data volumes for the database and consumption.

Which software packages and prices the customer will pay are according to the price list and conditions on the website of coreAI (www.coreai.com) and in the management application Customer has access to.

All prices are ex VAT. The price for the selected program package is valid for the entire month. Prices are subject to change without notice and are largely governed by the prices of the AI services selected by the Customer.

Withdrawal of credit cards occurs 14 days before the start of the new period. Customer chooses length of period for which they purchase access to coreAI. Either a year or a month. Customer is obliged to pay for the entire period and cannot claim a refund for part of the period if they wish to stop using coreAI or do not find coreAI to give good enough answers.

Consumption of data is calculated per month regardless of the billing period. If the Customer needs more data within a month, this is purchased extra and deducted directly from the credit card that the Customer has entered into the management program.

Delivery and Support

The delivery takes place by giving the Customer access to the coreAI management program where they can add their assistants themselves and read their data sources. Customer gets access to a program code that they must enter on their website. Coretrek is not responsible for the posting of this code unless specifically agreed and Coretrek has access to the source code for the site.

Training and guidance in the use of coreAI is not included in the price and takes place via Coretrek's support service. Users can either call Coretrek by phone +47 99 55 93 93 or send an email to support@coretrek.no. Support is billed per half hour started.

Limitation of Liability

Customers are aware that, using coreAI, they send queries that users write and selected content from read sources to AI services that accept and process the data outside of Norway and the EU. CoreTrek has no control over whether or how long this content is stored with the AI service provider. There is also no possibility to request deletion or access to this data. Customer understands and accepts this by signing this Agreement and must update its privacy policy accordingly.

Customer is aware that coreAI does not control the responses provided by the AI services in use and that these responses may be incorrect. The customer thus waives all rights to seek compensation as a result of coreAI being used on their web solution. Any lawsuit by End Users becomes a relationship between End User and Customer, and cannot be continued against CoreTrek.

Processing of personal data:

Administrative relations:

When establishing the customer relationship, the customer must provide personal data for the customer's contact persons. These personal data are name and email. The purpose of processing this personal data is to be able to provide the ordered service. The personal data in the Customer's coreai account will be deleted 3 months after the Customer terminates the customer relationship. The basis of treatment is justified interest and public order.

Use of coreAI:

coreAI only processes information that is already contained in data sources that the customer has read into coreAI.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that there are adequate processing grounds for the processing that takes place with this data.

Duration and termination

The agreement is continuous until terminated by either party with immediate effect.

Acceptance

These Terms are accepted by you both when ordering online, using coreAI's management program or when you enter a credit card to pay for using coreAI.
